Pat is bashful, however, so Herman broaches the subject to Pat's girl. The girl's parents think Herman is the suitor, and invite him to dinner. Meanwhile, Herman's own prospective in-laws are hosting a dinner, too, so Herman and Pat dash from one dining room to the other, trying to straighten things out.
